Here at Jen's Melting Moments, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest level of care. Please review our shipping terms below:

  1. Handling Time

    • All orders have a handling time of up to 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

    • This time allows us to prepare, process, and package your order with care.

  2. Shipping Timeframes

    • Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout and your location.

    • Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3–10 business days

  3. Tracking Information

    • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

  4. Delays

    • While we do our best to meet all timeframes, please note that shipping delays can occasionally occur due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

  5. Incorrect Addresses

    • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos so we can assist.

    • For lost parcels, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue, but we cannot be held responsible once the package has been marked as delivered.
