Refund policy

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it is considered non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Custom & Handmade Items

    • Due to the nature of custom, handmade, and made-to-order products, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choices, or customer error (e.g., spelling mistakes in supplied artwork).

  2. Order Cancellations

    • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and, if applicable, arrange a replacement.

  4. Digital Products/Files (if applicable)

    • All digital products and downloads are strictly non-refundable once delivered.

  5. Customer Responsibility

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, images, and approvals before production.
